Guest Screening
Occupancy Launch partners with Safely to provide comprehensive guest screening. In addition, we will work with your on-site Property Management team to qualify our guest for your property-specific criteria.

WiFi Locks
We utilize WiFi-enabled smart locks to control access to your property at all times. Our guests have access to the property only during their occupancy window, and their access code is automatically terminated upon departure. In addition, we can cross reference guest arrival and departure to our security cameras and verify access accordingly.

Security Cameras
If allowed by the property owner, we install a security camera to the exterior of the unit focused on the front door. We closely monitor the number of guest arriving at the unit.

Noise Detection Sensors
Each unit is equipped with a noise detection sensor which monitors decibel levels inside the property 24/7 and automatically alerts us to elevated noise levels. Each of our guests agrees to observe quiet hours and will be fined for non-compliance.
