All-Inclusive Insurance Coverage
We partner with Proper Insurance (underwritten by Lloyds of London) to provide up to $1M/unit all-inclusive insurance coverage.
Each of our guests must complete a screening process, and we can work with your Property Manager to qualify for additional security criteria that is specific to your property. By allowing only exceptional guests, our goal is to keep your property in pristine condition with no negative impact to your existing tenant base.
Minor Maintenance and Repairs
Each guest pays a security deposit upon booking which immediately covers repairs caused by the guest. In addition, our goal is to provide a seamless, predictable hospitality experience for our guests, so we will often cover minor repairs without disturbing your on-site team.
